Hello all, I just wanted to quickly show my projects that I made today. One of my girlfriends just had surgery for breast cancer, so I made her a card for the occasion, of course. I love how the breast cancer ribbon is front and center but it is somewhat understated because of the flowers. I like to think that the flowers represent continued growth and happiness. Anyways, I also liked the monochromaticness (is that even a word) also.
Recipe: Recollections pink and white cardstock, pink ribbon (brand unknown), eyelet outlet brad, bazzil basics flower pot flowers (pink and white shimmer), dots cuttlebug embossing folder, 3 white buttons.
This card was really easy to make but a great card, one of my favorites, I also like that it doesn't have a sentiment either. (becuase I have really crappy sentiment stamps...for now of course...ha ha ha )
Challenges: COD - http://cricutcraftyclare.blogspot.com/
Challenge Me Monday - http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com/
I also have a second project for today. Yay!! I did a kid inspired valentines card. I decided to use minnie as she is soo cute looking out all dreamy eyed. Anyways, before I get carried away, as I said I have crappy sentiment stamps so I just printed the sentiment off on my computer.
Recipe: Recollections cardstock, DCWV Cardstock, Swiss Dots cuttlebug embossing folder, ribbon of unknown origin (as usual), its hard to tell also, but I rubbed the swiss dots with a pink pigment ink stamp pad to give it a bit of colour also.
